fanart for 'dragon quest 11'

after playing Dragon Quest 11, i was inspired by the diorama model you see when sailing in your ship to draw my own condensed version of the world map. it was an interesting experiment in trying to reconcile various scale references as well as figuring out how to make a 9000 pixel wide image small enough to not take a year to download. my results are as follows:
